The court order has passed the deadline. Yet, 711 refugee children, who were separated from Mexico, were unable to return to their parents. The US government's lawyers say these children are not 'worthy' to return to their parents. They said that the parents did not have proof of their family relations with their children. Otherwise, those parents are either a criminal record or have a contagious disease.
In 431 cases, the lawyers showed that parents of these children are not currently in America. Trump administration claims that they have recovered more than 1800 refugees children to their families. In that sense, the order of the court has been observed. The rest of the 711 refugee children were not sent back to their parents, but the rules of the regime did not return. Most children return to parents from the custody of the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). 378 people have been sent to the 'appropriate' place. Of the 711 surviving children, some children are still separated because of the 'Adult Red Flag'. Which means that children will be at risk when they return to parents.
Although the Trump administration has demanded to bring back most children, the government's critically-criticized 'American Civil Liberty Union' has said that administrative officers have instructed themselves to fix the guidelines as well as return the child. The lawyer of this organization says, "They are not supposed to be proud of what the government is doing. They have created a terrible situation when they are disconnected. "The agency will try to find out all the children who are not finding a parent in the US.
